Dear Lyn,
It was great to get together over lunch last week, and to reflect on the business association between K G Hurst and ourselves over the past 38 years.
This association encompassed the acquisition by us of a residential development site in Macquarie Estates North Ryde in 1971, the planning and construction of a development comprising 24 residential units in 1972, the ongoing management of tenancies and maintenance by yourselves for the ensuing 36 years and finally the successful sale of all 24 units in 2009.
The success of this enterprise owes a great deal to the quality of the services provided by K G Hurst over this long period.
